By accessing and using Reachr's lead generation and data enrichment platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the Service.

Reachr provides:

• B2B lead generation and company search capabilities
• Contact discovery and verification services
• Data enrichment and validation tools
• CRM integration and API access
• Analytics and reporting features

The Service is provided on a subscription basis with different tiers offering varying levels of access and features.

Account Creation

To use our Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Account Restrictions

You may not:

• Create multiple accounts for the same individual or entity
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users
• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes

Restrictions

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks without permission

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

Data Accuracy

While we make every effort to ensure data accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information provided through the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reachr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Reachr harmless from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content or data you provide through the Service

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account cancellation feature in your dashboard.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect our platform and users.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately. We will delete your account data within 30 days, except as required for legal compliance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sydney, Australia, in accordance with the rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute must be brought individually and not as part of a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our platform. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

For significant changes, we may require you to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Service.
